Refund Policy

If you are a customer who subscribes to any of our services, you will have a trial period. You may cancel the service at any time before the trial period ends. Once the trial period ends and you are charged for the service, you may cancel the service online by logging into the client area and going to the “My Account” page and clicking the appropriate link. To receive a pro-rated refund for a portion of the services that were not used, you must call us at (877) 272-0786. The pro-rated refund will be computed on a daily basis.

General

These Terms of Service shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within California between California residents. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Website or Services, and operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of these Terms of Service are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You agree that these Terms of Service and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by the Renewable Energy Design Tools in our sole discretion. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions are the entire agreement between the user and the Renewable Energy Design Tools and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (written or oral).
